Cayman Forge part of the Cayman Capital Group is an independent damp surveying company specializing in damp discovery, water leak detection, mould confirmation, Damp reports and Maintenance Reports. Cayman Forge is not a structural surveyor or any other type of surveyor in the insurance industry, Housing industry or Construction industry. Cayman Forge is only responsible for detecting leaks from water pipes and does NOT get involved in gas leak detection. Cayman Forge surveying does not work with mortgage companies unless instructed. Cayman Forge does not represent any particular association and is not part of any institution of chartered surveying. Cayman Forge Surveying services are made clear by arranging a site visit with the client, running a survey and putting together a report. When providing reports Cayman Forge does not carry out suggestions of remedial action but merely highlighting areas of interest only with a full detailed report. Process for instructing a damp surveyor is as follows:

1. Once a client calls or emails with an instruction to access a property the client is committing to complete the transaction of hiring a surveyor from Cayman Forge Surveying and Consulting/Cayman Capital Group Ltd.

2. A fee will be requested once client has agreed fees for the initial booking of the survey. 

3. A report will be drafted up and sent over to the client once the report fee has been paid.
